Nita is the veteran of the group! Nita has been in real estate since 1986, and a multi-million dollar producer since 1987! She was born and raised on a farm in West Texas, then moved to Brownwood in 1983. Nita is married to A J Owings, has one son and one daughter, and two granddaughters! They live at Lake Brownwood so they can enjoy their hobbies, such as fishing, swimming, and cruising in the pontoon boat. Nita loves people, and enjoys her work as a Realtor! She has served on the Board of Directors for the Brownwood Board of Realtors for 9 years and served as president in 1995. She was a member of the Lone Star Statesman’s Club 1995-1998.
