Beverly joined Ross Real Estate in July of 2003. She has been a public school teacher for thirty-three years and is now the “new kid” (or should we say the old one) on the block. Her motto has always been —CARPE DIEM—(seize the day), and now she is ready to follow this motto as she begins her new and exciting career in real estate. Beverly is married to Carl Ray Hohertz, and they are involved in ranching in Mills county. They also own Mills County Commission Company—a sheep and goat auction located in Goldthwaite, Texas. Beverly and Carl Ray have two sons, Heath and wife Susan and Harlan and wife Lori. Hagen, Hallie-Jo and Henslie are the grandchildren who certainly own BeBe’s and Paw-Paw’s heart.
Beverly has had a career of helping people. As a 4-H leader, FFA supporter, school sponsor of various clubs, mentor for student teachers, and lover of people—young and old–she would welcome the chance to make your dreams come true!
All of her life has been spent in Mills and Brown counties, so her passion for Central Texas comes naturally. Call her today when you wish to buy or sell your ranch land, small acreage, or residential homes. Carpe Diem!!
